Birute Vaisnoriene has been slapped with a criminal behaviour order lasting for five years after appearing in Romford Magistrates’ Court this month.
She was found to be targeting local businesses in Romford.
As a result of her order, she will be unable to enter the town centre – including the Mercury, the Liberty, Cottons Park, Waterloo Estate, Union Road Estate, Cotleigh Road and the surrounding area.
She must also commit to a drug and alcohol service.
Failure to comply with the conditions of the order will lead to arrest and could result in a prison sentence.
Sergeant Abed Alaziz, of the Romford town centre team, said: “Our work with the Havering CBO Panel and the inclusion of a positive requirement to fully commit and engage with drug and alcohol services for 12 months, provides a pathway for Birute to obtain support whilst the ban assists local businesses reduce crime in their stores.
“Working with agencies is part of our strategy to provide long term solutions to issues blighting the community.”
