Emergency services were called to Shooters Hill Road just before 9pm yesterday (November 10).
A number of ambulance resources were sent to the scene along with an air ambulance.
Two people were treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
Their conditions are unknown at this stage.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 8.51pm on Monday 10 November to reports of a road traffic collision on Shooters Hill Road, SE3.
“We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, an incident response officer and a clinical team manager. We also dispatched a trauma team in a car from London’s Air Ambulance.
“We treated two patients at the scene and took them to a major trauma centre.”
