The Metropolitan Police have taken to social media with the appeal to find 68-year-old Henry.
The elderly man was last seen in the early hours of the morning on March 27, with CCTV showing him leaving Queen’s Hospital.
Henry is also known to have links to Rainham and has been described as vulnerable.
The police have advised that he is not used to being out on his own.

Anyone who can help the search for Henry should call 101, quoting reference 01/7313945/25.
A spokesperson for the Met said: “Officers are searching for 68-yr-old Henry who left Queen’s Hospital in the early hours of Thursday morning and hasn’t been seen since.
“Henry is vulnerable and isn’t used to being out on his own. He has links to Rainham. Please call 101 (ref 01/7313945/25) if you can help.”
