The Reformer studio at Sapphire Ice and Leisure features 14 beds and officially opened to the public on Saturday, October 4.
Located in a space previously used as a cafe and toilet area, councillors and a small group of members got a sneak preview at a special launch evening the day before.
The facility is managed by Everyone Active on behalf of Havering Council.

Tom Fletcher, Everyone Active’s area contract manager for Havering, said: “We’re thrilled to bring Reformer to Sapphire Ice and Leisure and make this fantastic workout accessible to our local community.
“The response over the weekend has been amazing.
“Reformer truly is for everyone, whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, looking to enhance your routine, or recovering from an injury.”
Reformer is performed on a specialist machine with adjustable resistance and a moving platform.
The equipment supports both gentle, low-impact sessions and more intensive, full-body workouts.
Councillor Gillian Ford, deputy leader of Havering Council and cabinet member for adults and wellbeing, said: “The addition of the Reformer studio at Sapphire Ice and Leisure offers yet another way for residents to stay active and healthy, and we’re proud to support facilities that cater to all ages and abilities.”
