Unit 2A and unit 2B of Romford Shopping Hall, in Market Place, are up for sale on the property website as a “fully let investment”.
This means the current tenants of the units would not change, and would pay the new owner a combined rent of £36,000 a year, according to the listing.
Unit 2A is set to be used as a tuition centre by B2B Educators UK, who have applied to change the premises from commercial use to learning and non-residential use.

According to the Rightmove listing, the unit is undergoing refurbishment.
B2B Educators UK is now “in the process of relocating” from Ilford to Romford, director Dr. Attique Ur Rehman Shafq previously told the Recorder.
The listing does not make it clear who the tenants of Unit 2B are, but says that it is fitted out with an “open-plan reception area with interview rooms” and office accommodation at the back.
Despite sharing an address, both units are not owned by Romford Shopping Hall.
The first floor units measure 3,460 square ft in total, and can be sold individually or combined.
