The roads include Winnington Road in Hampstead and Cadogan Place in Belgravia and were featured in a list from The Times concerning the priciest streets in all of Britain’s regions.
Data compiled by the property site Rightmove was used to come to their conclusions.
To be considered for inclusion the street needed to have at least five properties advertised for sale.
This was a measure designed to exclude those neighbourhoods that are inactive in the property market or may not have many residential properties.
The Times explains: “Of course, sorted by price alone, London dominates the national list with 18 out of the top 20 streets.”
They continued: “But to be representative of the country as a whole, our main list chronicles the priciest street in each individual region.”
