Officers were called to reports of a domestic incident in Reminder Lane just after 5.20pm yesterday (October 18).
London Ambulance Service crews also attended and found a woman with stab wounds and head injuries.
She was taken to hospital where her condition was confirmed to be neither life-threatening or life-changing.
No arrests have been made as police enquiries continue.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Our officers were called to reports of a domestic incident at a residential address in Reminder Lane, Greenwich at 17:21hrs on Friday, 17 October.
“When they arrived, a woman in her 30s was being treated for stab wounds and head injuries by the London Ambulance Service.
“She was taken to hospital where her condition was confirmed to be neither life-threatening or life-changing.
“If anyone has any relevant information, please contact the Met on 101, quoting 6169/17OCT.”
“No arrests have been made at this stage.”
