Over the course of several weeks he sent messages to who he believed to be a 13-year-old girl, court records show.
He spoke about sexual activity and instructed her how to commit sex acts.
Bhudia pleaded guilty to attempting to cause a child aged 13 or over to engage in sexual activity and was sentenced at Snaresbrook Crown Court last August.
The sentence included a sexual harm prevention order (SHPO) which banned him from using online communication apps to communicate with young girls.
But last Wednesday, August 17, Bhudia appeared in court again.
This time he had been caught messaging a 16-year-old girl on an app he had been banned from using.
Bhudia pleaded guilty to two breaches of his SHPO at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court.
He was remanded in custody and will be sentenced at Snaresbrook Crown Court at a later date.
