Passengers on the Jubilee line reported seeing a group of youths fighting with knives on the platform of Queensbury station at 5.30pm Monday (March 24).
The boys, both aged 16, cannot be legally named.
One of them has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon and possession of cannabis.
The second boy has been charged with possession of a bladed article and threats with a bladed article.
Police also arrested a third boy, on suspicion of affray, he has been released on bail as investigations continue.
A British Transport Police spokesperson said: “Two boys, who cannot be named for legal purposes, have been charged following an incident at Queensbury underground station on 24 March.
“A boy, aged 16, has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon and possession of cannabis.
“A second boy, aged 16, has been charged with possession of a bladed article and threats with a bladed article.
“A third boy, aged 16 has been arrested on suspicion of affray. He has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
