Paramedics were alerted to the incident in Prince Imperial Road near Red Lion Lane at 4.21pm on January 6.
Resources including ambulance crews, paramedics in fast response cars, an incident response officer, a Tactical Response Unit and the London’s Air Ambulance were dispatched.
The air ambulance charity is flown in only to help treat London’s most seriously ill patients.

The first of the paramedics arrived to the scene within six minutes of receiving the report, where an 18-year-old male was found with stab wounds.
His injuries have been confirmed as life-threatening as he receives treatment in hospital.
The teen has been confirmed as a year 12 pupil at the neighbouring Shooters Hill Sixth Form in Red Lion Lane.
