Primrose Hill and Belsize submit major home alteration plans

The list, which came out in early June, showcases a range of domestic and commercial developments across the borough.

In Primrose Hill, a series of linked applications at 15 Chalcot Square propose rebuilding a rear terrace, replacing windows and doors, upgrading roof lights, and installing a new acoustic enclosure for an air source heat pump (refs: 2025/2117/P, 2025/2225/P, 2025/2372/L, 2025/2386/L).

Nearby, a basement-level rear extension and conversion of two flats into a maisonette are planned at 20 Prince Albert Road (ref: 2025/2242/P).

In Gospel Oak, 67 Fleet Road (ref: 2025/1905/P) plans a rear garden revamp with new brick structures for outdoor bars and seating areas, a rear extension, and external extract ducting.

Meanwhile, 2 Rona Road is set for a full refurbishment, which includes a rear and side extension, skylights, dormer window enlargement, and a roof terrace (ref: 2025/2299/P).

In Hampstead Town, dual applications at 2 Wellmount Studio propose inset and above-roof terraces, and extensive glazing alterations (refs: 2025/2011/P and 2025/2012/P).

North Bridge House Senior School (ref: 2025/2104/P) is seeking major upgrades, including a new foyer and teaching block.

A house at 49 Lancaster Grove, Belsize is set for a bold overhaul, with plans to raise the roof ridge, enlarge dormers, fill in the roof, and create a sunken roof terrace (ref: 2025/2403/P).

In Camden Square, 31A Camden Mews is set for a full-width roof extension, with three dormers, carport enclosure, and terrace access (ref: 2025/2116/P).

A more modest proposal at 32 North Villas involves a rear garden outbuilding (ref: 2025/1493/P).

In Camden Town, a mansard extension is proposed at 71 Kentish Town Road (ref: 2025/2080/P).

Greater London House (ref: 2025/2344/P) would gain new third-floor roof terraces within its existing light wells.

In Highgate, Flat 1, 102 Chetwynd Road is proposed for a new single-storey rear extension, pergola, bin store, and garden terrace features (ref: 2025/2358/P).

Meanwhile, 39 Highgate West Hill would receive updated doors and windows (ref: 2025/2404/P).

In West Hampstead, a conservatory extension is proposed at 121 Iverson Road (ref: 2025/2112/P).

In South Hampstead, 62-64 Flat C, West End Lane (ref: 2025/1939/P) aims to improve accessibility with a new gate and ramp.

67 Aberdare Gardens (ref: 2025/2253/P) would gain a new garden studio.
