The reported assault is believed to have taken place on Friday (March 28), right outside the station in Preston Road.
A man is said to have suffered serious injuries from an assault, and he was treated at hospital where his condition was found to be non-life-threatening or life-changing.
British Transport Police was informed about the reports on Sunday (March 30) and the case has been passed onto the Metropolitan Police to investigate.
No arrests have been made at this time but enquires are ongoing.
Eyewitnesses report that a man was allegedly punched in the face and that he fell to the floor.
A Met Police Spokesperson said: “British Transport Police received a report of an assault outside Preston Road Station, Preston Road, Harrow on Sunday, 30 March.
“During the incident, which is believed to have taken place on Friday, 28 March, a man suffered serious injuries and was treated at hospital.
“His condition was assessed as non-life-threatening or life-changing.
“The incident was passed to the Met to investigate.
“Officers are undertaking detailed enquiries and the investigation remains ongoing.
“No arrests have been made at this time.”
