This proposal involves an area behind two houses on Park Way.
The current houses are to remain, but their gardens will be subdivided.
According to the planning application (ref: 25/04371/FUL) under review by Enfield Council, the seven new homes will be either detached or semi-detached with three or four bedrooms each, all for private sale.
The houses will range in height from 1.5 to 2.5 storeys (with a maximum height of 9.8m) and will have a combined floor space of 743.6sqm.
The development includes new vehicle access, increasing current parking from four to ten spaces, and offers seven passive electric vehicle charging points.
Biodiversity improvements have also been submitted, with a baseline value of 2.3, and there is no flood risk.
The development, handled by GLD Homes PW Limited, is anticipated to start in September 2026 and finish by May 2027, pending approval.
