Several applications aim to redevelop land for extra housing:

Planned loft conversions include:
– 44 Squirrels Heath Road, Romford (ref: P0861.25) – hip-to-gable loft with side dormers and Juliet balcony.
– 25 Slewins Lane, Hornchurch (ref: P0863.25) – loft with rear dormer and new roof profile.
– 32 Wilton Drive, Romford (ref: P0788.25) – second-storey addition and dormer.
Other proposals include:
– Change of use of 59 Crowlands Avenue, Romford (ref: P0772.25) to a HMO for six residents.
– A new build three-bed bungalow in the garden of 7 Argus Close, Romford (ref: P0621.25).
– Raised decking at 40 Lyndhurst Drive, Hornchurch (ref: P0838.25).
– Restoration landscaping revisions at Mardyke Farm Landfill Site, Rainham (ref: P0686.25).
Dozens of homeowners also submitted applications for rear extensions, garage conversions, and window alterations.
