The Metropolitan Police was called to Pinner Road at 4.48pm on September 6 with reports of an incident.
Officers were dispatched to the scene alongside the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance.
A man in his 20s was found suffering stab wounds and was taken to hospital.
His condition has not been deemed life-threatening or life-changing.
Officers arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of grievous bodily harm but the man has since been bailed.
There have been no further arrests at this stage.
Enquiries are ongoing.
A Met spokesperson said: “At 16:48hrs on Saturday, 6 September officers, the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance responded to reports of a stabbing on Pinner Road, Harrow.
“One man in his 20s was found at the scene with stab wounds and was taken to hospital for treatment. His condition has not been deemed life-changing or life-threatening.
