Pho, which specialises in Vietnamese street food, is to mark the inauguration of its latest outlet in the Brunswick Centre with a day-long giveaway.
Up to 800 bowls of the restaurant’s signature rice noodle soup, which features a 12-hour slow-simmered broth, will be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting at midday on January 16.
Diners will have the opportunity to select from the full menu of rice noodle soups on the day, which will include a variety of options such as beef brisket, spicy chicken, king prawn and Mushroom & Tofu.
Pho was founded in 2005 by husband-and-wife team Stephen and Juliette Wall.
Boasting a predominantly gluten-free menu, which has been accredited by Coeliac UK, the restaurant has cultivated a loyal customer base appreciative of the fresh, flavourful offerings and gluten-intolerant-friendly options.
The Brunswick Centre branch is the latest addition to the restaurant’s expanding presence in London.
The new establishment promises to serve not only Pho’s famed rice noodle soup, but also other Vietnamese street food classics such as summer rolls, spring rolls, curries, and wok-fried noodles.
The initiative of giving away free soup has become a popular fixture for the brand’s London launches, and usually attracts queues as people eagerly wait for a taste of the much-loved noodle soup.
Pho specialises in traditional Vietnamese pho – rice noodle soup known for its blend of slow-cooked bone broth, fresh herbs, rice noodles, and lean proteins.
Pho Brunswick Centre is located on Bernard Street, London, WC1N 1BS.
The outlet’s official opening is set for January 16 from midday until 9pm.
The complimentary rice noodle soup offer is limited to one per customer and will be for dine-in guests only.
