Transport for London (TfL) has announced that the Bank branch between Camden Town and Kennington will shut from 10pm on Monday, January 12, on Monday to Thursday nights until late spring 2026.
The closures are needed for essential track replacement works.
Stations affected include Camden Town, Euston, King’s Cross St Pancras, Angel, Old Street, Moorgate, Bank, London Bridge, Borough, Elephant & Castle and Kennington.
Services will continue as normal on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings and Night Tube trains will still run via the Charing Cross branch.
Customers are advised to plan ahead and use alternative transport where needed.
Bus, rail and other Tube routes will remain available for travel during affected times.
Passengers can also consider walking or cycling to continue their journeys.
All affected stations have Santander Cycles docking points for convenient access to bikes.
TfL encourages travellers to check before they travel and use its online tools to find the best alternative routes.
The closures do not affect the Charing Cross branch of the Northern line, which will operate as normal throughout the works.
