The six-week course starts on Friday, September 5, at 3Food4U Community Centre in Waltham Abbey and runs weekly from 11.30am to 12.30pm.
The programme aims to help participants improve their balance, coordination, and core strength.
Spaces are limited to eight people, with the first session free and a £5 charge for each subsequent session.
Julie Wilson, area development manager for the east of England at Parkinson’s UK, said: “People with Parkinson’s tell us that getting involved with the activities we run makes a real difference – so why not give our new non-contact boxing session a chance?
“We hope that these new classes/activities will encourage people to try non-contact boxing and help manage the impact of Parkinson’s on their health and wellbeing, meet new people and have fun at the same time.”
