Police were called to Oxford Circus on Saturday (August 30) at 3.40am and the day after (August 31) just after 1.30am to reports of two serious assaults.
On the Saturday, a 23-year-old man was treated for stab injuries and was taken to hospital for further treatment.
A 41-year-old man was also taken to hospital the following morning, also for stab injuries.
Mohamed Yousif, of Winns Mews in Tottenham, has since been charged with two counts of grievous bodily harm with intent, one count of common assault, one count of possession of a bladed article and one count of theft.
The 20-year-old is due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court today (September 3).
It follows a police appeal looking to speak to the man, which was released on Sunday, hours after the second attack.
Both men who had been stabbed have not life-threatening or life-changing injuries and they have been discharged from hospital.
The British Transport Police continues to investigate.
