Police were called to the scene at around 7.30am today (April 1).
His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
The road has since reopened.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police Service said: “There was a collision between two cars on the High Street.
“A man was taken to hospital but not believed to have sustained life-threatening or life-changing injuries.
“The road has since been reopened.”
