The Georgian townhouse in Borough, south east London, will soon belong to one lucky prize draw entrant, who will also receive £250,000 in cash to help them move in.
The winner will be given the keys to the five storey, four bedroom property, valued at £4.5 million, mortgage-free and with all stamp duty covered.
The home has uninterrupted views of The Shard from its garden, which was designed by Chelsea Flower Show Gold winners.

Outside there is also a separate studio space, which Omaze has suggested could make an ideal home office.
The house itself has a rich history, with the Take Courage “ghost sign” on its façade offering a nod to its heritage as part of the former Anchor Brewery.
Located close to popular landmarks including Tate Modern, Borough Market and the South Bank, the home could be worth up to £10,000 a month if the winner decides to rent it out.
The prize draw funds will go towards The King’s Trust, which helps to support young people from disadvantaged communities.
Money raised will be used to set up The Omaze Education Fund, which will allow the charity to continue its work with young people at school.

The campaign is backed by magician and King’s Trust alumnus Stephen Frayne, formerly known as Dynamo.
“I understand first-hand how life-changing their support can be, having been given help from The Trust as a young person when I needed it most,” he explained.
“The Trust has supported over one million young people in the UK.
“I got to follow my dreams to become a magician, and every young person deserves the same opportunity, to have someone believe in them.”

Omaze has guaranteed The King’s Trust a minimum donation of £1 million from this latest partnership.
This is the second time The King’s Trust has partnered with Omaze, having raised £500,000 for the charity in 2021.
Anyone who enters the prize draw online by midnight on April 13 is also in with the chance of winning £500,000 in cash.
House draw entries are available to buy until April 27.
