The Team GB star, who struck gold twice at the Beijing 2008 Olympics as a teenager, met Aroma Younas at Marsh Green Primary School after she chose her swimming hat design out of hundreds from schools all over Britain.
Becky was the competition judge for children to create a swimming hat to show what they love most about getting into the pool.

She surprised the pupils during assembly by revealing Aroma’s winning design printed onto 200 swimming hats.
“I absolutely loved Aroma’s design,” the 36-year-old retired sports legend said. “I loved the colours and the words.”
Aroma’s creation had the phrase “let’s keep swimming” with blue, purple and pink stars around the edges, using the blue as swirls of water.
The Year 4 pupil said: “I chose my favourite colours and loved the way the design looked.
“Swimming is really important, no matter how old you are, not just as a sport — it’s important in case of an emergency.”
But best of all was meeting her swimming hero.
The inspirational Olympic champion also emphasised the importance of learning to swim.
Becky told the school assembly: “Swimming is a life skill. It’s super important that you know how to save your own life, that you’re a strong swimmer able to help save life if you ever saw someone in danger.”

The Marsh Green pupils then visited Abbey Leisure Centre with Becky to celebrate Aroma’s winning design with a special swimming session.
Becky is helping run a schools swimming programme for children learning essential water safety and life-saving skills.
The leisure centre’s Everyone Active management company’s area manager Hasan Romel said: “Becky is a true role model for young swimmers. Being involved in this competition shows the importance of learning to swim.”
