Police were called to Olive Road on Thursday (January 1) to reports of a knife attack.
The victim, 19, was found with stab wounds and taken to hospital.
His injuries were found to not be life-threatening or life-changing.
Officers and ambulances have cordoned the area outside Ashford Court, near to Olive Road, following the incident.
A Met Police spokesperson said: “Police were called to a report of a stabbing on Olive Road, Cricklewood at 23:37hrs on Thursday, 1 January.
“A man, aged 19, was found with stab wounds. He was taken to hospital where he was assessed to have non-life-threatening or life-changing injuries.
“No arrests have been made at this early stage of the investigation and enquiries are ongoing.”
