It comes after police were called to Old Kent Road, Bermondsey, just after 10.45pm on August 27 with reports of an incident outside a McDonald’s branch.
Officers were dispatched to the scene with the London Ambulance Service, where they discovered two 17-year-old boys with stab wounds.
One of the victims, Yeray Sanchez-Morales, had been critically injured and he died days later on September 3.
The second victim has since been discharged from hospital.

On September 7, two 17-year-olds were arrested and charged with murder and grievous bodily harm.
All three of the boys cannot be named for legal reasons due to their age.
They will all appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today (September 8).
Prior to their arrests and charges, a 15-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of attempted murder was charged with murder, causing grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon on September 4.
Police are still appealing for witnesses to the incident, including anyone who was driving and may have dash cam footage.
