Officers from the Metropolitan Police were called at 12.50am this morning (January 9) with reports of a vehicle on fire on the Northwick Park Roundabout.
The roundabout connects Kenton Road, Watford Road and Sheepcote Road.
They were dispatched to the scene alongside colleagues from the London Ambulance Service and London Fire Brigade, where two men were found injured.
Both men were treated at the scene, with one taken to hospital with life-changing injuries.
He remains in hospital care at this time.

A Met spokesperson said: “Officers were called at 00.50hrs on Thursday, 9 January, to reports of a vehicle fire on the Northwick Park Roundabout in Harrow.
“We attended alongside the London Ambulance Service and London Fire Brigade.
“Two men were treated at the scene, one of them for life-changing injuries. He was taken to hospital, where he remains.”
