The crash ouside South Harrow Underground station on Northolt Road happened around midday on Monday (April 21).
The road was closed while the woman was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Her injuries have now been assessed not to be life-threatening.
The station was closed for bank holiday engineering works at the time of the incident.
The road, which was closed by a police cordon after the incident, has since reopened.
A Met Police spokesperson said after the incident: “Police were called at 11:52hrs on Monday, 21 April to Northolt Road, Harrow following reports of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian.
“Officers attended with the London Ambulance Service.
“The pedestrian, a 62-year-old woman, has been taken to hospital.”
