Police were called to reports two boys had been attacked in Acacia Road shortly before 10pm on April 25.
They were treated for stab wounds by the London Ambulance Service before being taken to hospital.
Their injuries are not life-threatening or changing.
A woman was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH) and enquiries are ongoing.
She remains in police custody pending further enquiries.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “On Friday, April 25 at 9.52pm police were called to Acacia Road, SW16 following reports that two boys had been stabbed.
“Officers attended the scene alongside the London Ambulance Service who treated the two boys for stab injuries before taking them to hospital.
“Their injuries were confirmed to be non-life threatening or changing. A 35-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to cause GBH .
“She remains in police custody pending further enquiries. The investigation remains on-going.”
