Lewisham Council has published proposals to introduce ‘no waiting at any time’ restrictions on Campshill Place and Canada Gardens, in the borough’s SE13 postcode.
The proposals do, however, allow parking within marked bays on Canada Gardens.
Lewisham Council said in a public notice published on January 2 that it proposes to make the above Traffic Regulation Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The proposals are part of a wider set of amendments to several existing orders that cover various traffic, parking, and off-street arrangements.
In detail, the proposed no waiting restrictions would affect Campshill Place from the northern boundary of 62 Campshill Road to the southern boundary of 38 Campshill Road.
On Canada Gardens, the restrictions would be in place along the entire length of the road, except where designated parking bays are marked.
The council is inviting comments on the proposals until January 23, 2026.
This can be done by emailing trafficorders@lewisham.gov.uk or by writing to Lewisham Transport Policy & Development, Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, London SE6 4RU, quoting reference ‘PTO-1101’.
All written representations received concerning Traffic Regulation Orders are public documents that may be inspected by any person on demand.
The notice is dated 2nd January 2026 and lists Zahur Khan, Director Public Realm.
