New York Café, in Heath Street, has been listed on UK Businesses for Sale with an asking price of £300,000.
The listing says the café has a turnover of £450,000 and six years left on the lease.
A spokesperson for the café said the café is not closing.
The café opened in 2019 and, according to its website, prides itself on its quality coffee, all day breakfasts and expansive menu including burgers and pastas.
The restaurant, which seats 60 people, spans three floors, including a reception area, an upstairs dining area, and a “charming back garden” according to the listing.
In addition to its on-site dining, the café operates a dark kitchen and partners with major delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, UberEats, and Just Eat, serving customers throughout the day and evening.
The advertisement says it’s a “beloved fixture in the Hampstead community, attracting both locals and tourists”.
