Among them is a proposal for 47 new homes in Romford town centre.
The plans detail a change of use from office space to residential dwellings at Queens Court, Eastern Road.
The agent responsible for the development is Yossi Shahar.
Other notable applications include a proposal for a loft conversion at Finucane Gardens, Rainham.
Shahida Chowdhury submitted the application, which proposes installing dormers at the front and rear of the property.
In Hornchurch, two applications were submitted.
The first, by Moni Rahman, is for a single-storey rear extension in Osborne Road.
The second, submitted by Richard Campen, is for the addition of two front dormers and converting a rear dormer bedroom window to a Juliet balcony in Hacton Drive.
A proposal to convert a detached garage into a self-contained ancillary annexe has been submitted for Witham Road, Romford, by agent Colin Tebb.
In Upminster, two applications were submitted.
The first, by John Wallington-Smith, proposes a part single, part two-storey side/rear extension in Sunnyside Gardens.
The second, by Ivan Jaffa, is for a single-storey rear extension in St Lawrence Road.
All applications are currently under review and can be accessed via the Havering Council’s online planning portal.
Residents have the opportunity to comment on these proposals, except for Permission in Principle (PIP) applications, within three weeks of the notice date.
Comments can be submitted online or by mail.
PIP applications can only be viewed but not commented on or called in.
