The new workspace, part of the Liddell Place redevelopment, offers 3,780sq m for local businesses, creating job opportunities and skills training.
A total of 20% of the desks are affordable, leased at half the market rate to help boost start-ups.
International Workplace Group (IWG) will operate the flexible workspaces, which already house 11 companies, employing 44 people.
