In an effort to address pressing demands for housing, the designs have been approved by the planning team, boasting 330 homes for people on housing waiting lists.
Of the mix, 139 are earmarked as one-bedroom apartments, including four designed for wheelchair users, London Now reports, where full details of the approved scheme can be viewed.
Two-bedroom apartments will account for 87 units, 19 of which are wheelchair accessible.
A further 29 three-bedroom apartments and 60 three-bedroom maisonettes are slated for construction, with a proportion also set aside for wheelchair users.
In addition, 15 four-bedroom maisonettes will be built as part of the new community.
Beyond residential property, the site is set to host a commercial unit and 600 cycle parking spaces.
In harmony with ecological priorities, first-class landscaping, new trees, and an extension of the green corridor are part of the plan.
Other eco-friendly features include low carbon technologies such as solar panels and heat pumps, and measures to boost biodiversity.
These include the introduction of a hedgerow and bat and bird boxes.
We are preparing the site for development with a planned completion date of 2026.
Details of the approved scheme can be viewed via our Planning Portal.
