The properties are part of Northwick Parkside, a regeneration scheme in Harrow being delivered by Sovereign Network Group (SNG) next to Northwick Park Hospital and the University of Westminster.
SNG says the development has attracted significant interest from NHS workers and other public sector employees seeking good quality housing close to their workplaces.
Kalumba Musambachime, head of sales for London and East at SNG, said: “Northwick Parkside demonstrates our commitment to providing affordable housing options that meet the needs of the local community.
“By offering both shared ownership and dedicated rental accommodation, we are helping NHS staff and other public sector employees to secure a safe, high-quality home in a location that supports both their professional and personal lives.
“Whether it’s taking that first step onto the property ladder or securing an affordable rental, our aim is to support those who are doing the jobs that support society.”
The scheme offers both shared ownership and affordable rental homes, including low-cost options reserved for key workers.
Brand new one- and two-bedroom apartments are available through shared ownership, with deposits starting from just five per cent.
All homes include a private balcony or patio.
SNG also provides key worker rental accommodation at Northwick Park, with rooms available from around £800 per month including bills.
Eligibility criteria include a salary cap of £66,000.
People who live or work in Brent are prioritised.
Charles Culling, head of specialist housing at SNG, said: “Our dedicated key worker accommodation allows people that work within the NHS or other key professions to live in an affordable home close to their workplace.
“We offer rental rates that are 20 per cent lower than local market rates, which means these customers are able to have a roof over their heads without breaking the bank.
“A lower monthly rent could also mean that these workers are able to put money away each month and save for a deposit, so they can get their own home in the future.”
