Store staff and M&S Food Ambassador Tom Allen celebrated by cutting the ribbon before 9am on August 21.
The shop in Nugent Shopping Park is 72 per cent bigger than before and was closed in May to allow work to take place.

The clothing section also has a click and collect point for online orders.
The foodhall includes a new bakery and coffee counter, offering baked bread and pastries and barista-made drinks to enjoy while shopping.
Dedicated flower section offers bouquets alongside expanded foodhall (Image: M&S) A flower shop offers the “best of British summer blooms” and there are 450 new and upgraded food products in store.
Store manager Edward Lipscombe, who leads the team of more than 170 staff members, said: “It’s been such a fantastic morning and we have been so excited to show customers what the store looks like now.
“Having Tom Allen join us has given the whole team a massive boost and I want to say a big thank you to our customers for their patience over the last three months – we are so excited to welcome you back.”
