Romford’s housing market ranges from a street with an average house price of £1,318,000 to a street with an average house price of £111,000, according to Property Solvers who used data from HM Land Registry.
The average house price in Romford is £427,083, according to the housing firm.
The average property price increased by £58,070 (14.09 per cent) over the last five years and increased by £11,606 (2.53pc) over the last 12 months.
The most expensive street to buy houses on average in Romford was Links Avenue (RM2 6NB) with an average of £1,318,000.
Broadway (RM2 5NS) saw the second highest average house price with £1,313,333 and Parkway (RM2 5NT) came third in the list with an average of £1,156,250.
Parkway (RM2 5PA) averaged £1,150,000 and Reed Pond Walk (RM2 5PB) averaged £1,141,666.
In sixth place was Upper Bedfords View (RM1 4FA) with an average property price of £1,040,625 and in seventh place was Links Avenue (RM2 6ND) which averaged a price of £1,015,000.
On the other end of the spectrum, the location in Romford with the lowest average house price according to the data was Fernleigh Court (RM7 7JE) with an average price of £111,000.
Merritt House in Frazer Close (RM1 2DE) had the next cheapest property price on average with £117,079, followed by Gibson Court in Regarth Avenue (RM1 1AJ) with an average price of £126,105.
Loom Grove (RM1 2BL) was fourth in the list averaging a property price of £128,833 whilst Admiral Lodges in Western Road (RM1 3LN) came fifth with an average of £129,783.
Watermans in Junction Road (RM1 3QZ) averaged a house price of £147,100.
Leyland Court in Angel Way (RM1 1AF) saw an average house price of £152,050 and Vickers House in South Street (RM1 2BP) saw properties averaging £157,100.
