Khadija was last seen on Thursday (February 13) and has been missing since.
The Metropolitan Police have released an appeal today (February 18) asking for anyone who has seen the teenager or who has information to contact police.
She is described as Asian, with a slim build and has long black hair with blonde streaks on both sides.
She is known to have links in south east London including Deptford and Lewisham.
