The Met Office warning is in place from 9am until midnight tomorrow (January 8) and covers parts of south London including Orpington, Croydon and Coulsdon in Surrey.
Some areas in south England including parts of London may experience snow tomorrow, brought on by a weather system.
Outbreaks of snow may be possible, with some areas potentially seeing between 2-5 cm of snow, although areas of higher ground could experience up to 10cm of snowfall.
Alongside potential snow and some sleet tomorrow, the Met Office has warned that ice is likely to form overnight, leading to icy and untreated surfaces.
