The Met Office and the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) have issued an amber heat-health alert (HHA) for all regions of England, including London.
Sunny conditions will last for much of the weekend, with some clouds at certain hours of the day.
The Met Office reported that Thursday (June 19) was the hottest day of 2025, with temperatures having reached 32.2C in Kew and Heathrow.
