The incident happened in Mayplace Road East at around 3.30pm on August 30.
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews were called to the scene.
A clinical team manager, advanced paramedic practitioners and an incident response officer also attended.
The person was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
The nature of the incident is unclear at this stage.
We have contacted the Metropolitan Police for further information.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called on Saturday 30 August at 3.33pm to reports of an incident in Mayplace Road East, Bexleyheath.
“We sent resources including ambulance crews, a clinical team manager, advanced paramedic practitioners and an incident response officer.
“We treated a person at the scene before taken them to hospital.”
