Mayfair Chippy offering 2015 prices of £13.50 for January

The Mayfair Chippy opened in 2015, selling its Mayfair Classic dish for £13.50.

Now, the dish is priced at £26.50.

But with January often being a time where people try to recover financially after Christmas, the shop is now offering the special dish for its 2015 price as part of its 10-year birthday celebrations.

The Mayfair Classic is made with Haddock or Hake, and comes with chips, mushy peas, tartar, and either curry sauce or HP.

The special deal is available at Knightsbridge throughout January, with it reverting to normal price on January 31.

A spokesperson for the Mayfair Chippy said: “Although Christmas will soon be over, at The Mayfair Chippy the celebrations continue.

“Made using only responsibly sourced fish with the option of Haddock or Hake and complete with chips, mushy peas, tartar and either curry sauce or HP; this is the nation’s favourite dish and a Mayfair Chippy Classic for good reason.”

The Mayfair Classic will be reduced at the Knightsbridge branch at 138 Brompton Road, London, SW3 1HY.
