The incident happened in Masons Hill near a Waitrose store just after 4pm yesterday (November 6).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and a person was treated at the scene.
They were taken to hospital where their condition is unknown at this stage.
A spokesperson London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 4.04pm on 6 November to reports of an incident in Masons Hill, Bromley.
We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, an incident response officer and an advanced paramedic.
“We also dispatched a trauma team from London’s Air Ambulance.
“We treated one patient on scene before taking him to a hospital.”
