The fire was reported at around 2am on October 15 at a premises in Market Square.
Emergency services attended to tackle the blaze, with the property suffering extensive damage.
It is understood that there were no occupants in the premises at the time of the incident.

Essex Police have confirmed that a 33-year-old man from London has since been arrested on suspicion of arson.
Officers continue to appeal for information, with anyone who was in the vicinity or who witnessed anything suspicious asked to call police on 101.
