Essex Police are searching for Mathew Wigger, 52, in connection with an ongoing stalking case.
The 52-year-old from Harlow is described as 5ft 10ins and of a medium build, with short dark hair, a scar on his eyebrow and pierced ears.

Anyone with any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to the investigation is urged to get in contact with the police.
