Officers including armed police arrived at the Colley Row Inn on December 13 and arrested a man on suspicion of possessing a firearm.
It soon emerged that the weapon was an air rifle.

Sylwester Pryzbyla, 44, of Gelsthorpe Road, Collier Row, was later charged with being at The Colley Rowe Inn with an imitation firearm on December 13.
He denied the charge but was found guilty in his absence after he failed to attend court.
On Wednesday, April 30, at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court he was sentenced to a £440 fine and told to pay £650 costs to the court.
A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the air rifle.
