Malina Patisserie, in Kings Road, has applied for a new premises licence which will allow it to sell alcoholic drinks and provide the music.
The licence would allow alcohol to be sold from 9am until 4pm, between Tuesday and Thursday, until 10pm on Friday and Saturday, and until 3pm on Sunday.

This is mostly in line with the cafe’s current opening hours, but suggests extended opening hours on Friday and Saturday.
The licence application also covers the provision of late night refreshment and live music between 6pm and 10pm on Friday and Saturday.
Any feedback on the licence should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 8AY by July 7
