The incident happened in Main Road near Appledore Crescent just before 3.10pm today (October 30).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a boy who had been stabbed.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where his condition is unknown at this stage.
No arrests have been made as police enquiries continue.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said : “Anyone with information is urged to call 101 stating CAD4576/30Oct.
“Alternatively, to give information anonymously, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
