The incident happened in Main Road near Nightingale Close just before 2pm today (March 27).
London Ambulance Service crews were called to the scene and found two people injured.
They were taken to hospital for treatment where their conditions are unknown.
We have contacted Metropolitan Police for further information.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 1.57pm today (Thursday 27 March) to reports of a road traffic collision in Main Road, Biggin Hill.
“We sent resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast response car and an incident officer.
“Our crews treated two patients at the scene, before taking them to hospital.”
