Police were first called to reports of a stabbing in Sutherland Avenue in Maida Vale at around 6pm yesterday (November 3).
A 15-year-old boy was found with injuries to his head and taken to hospital.
His condition has been assessed as neither life-threatening nor changing.

Hours later at around 9pm police were called to a second incident in Elthorne Park in Islington.
A woman in her 20s was treated for stab wounds.

She was taken to hospital where officers await an update on her condition.
There have been no arrests in relation to either incident.
A cordon remains in place in Islington and residents were shocked to find their usual path blocked by a forensic investigation.

Police are appealing for information about both incidents as their investigations continue.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said about the Maida Vale incident: “Around 18:00hrs on Monday, 3 November, officers attended Sutherland Avenue, Kensal Green, with the London Ambulance Service following reports of a stabbing.
“A 15-year-old boy was found at the scene with head injuries. He was taken to hospital, where his injuries were assessed as neither life-threatening nor life-changing.
“No arrests have been made, and officers are making enquiries.
A Met spokesperson said about the Islington stabbing: “At around 20:55hrs on Monday, 3 November police responded to reports of a stabbing in Elthorne Park, Islington.
“Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended the scene and a woman in her 20s was treated for stab wounds. She was taken to hospital and we await an update on her condition.
“No arrests have been made at this early stage and residents can expect to see an increase in officers in the local area while enquiries continue.”
