The incident occurred in Loxford Lane, Ilford, shortly after 7pm on December 15.
Officers from the Metropolitan Police were dispatched in response to reports of a crash involving a bus and car.
Loxford Lane was closed to traffic whilst a woman in her 30s was treated by the London Ambulance Service.
She was taken to hospital where her condition has been confirmed as non-life threatening.
There have been no arrests and enquiries are ongoing.
