A crime scene is in place around Lowell Street after reports of a fight today (May 3) at 12.03am.
Police found a man with stab injuries and he was taken to hospital, where he was found to have potentially life-changing injuries.
Another man, 25, was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A third man, also 25, was found with minor injuries and he was treated at the scene.
Both men were later arrested on suspicion of affray and remain in custody.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Police were called to a report of a fight in Lowell Street, Limehouse at around 00:03hrs on Saturday, 3 May.
“A man was found with stab wounds and taken to hospital, where he was assessed to have potentially life-changing injuries.
“Another man, aged 25, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and later arrested on suspicion of affray. He remains in custody.
“A third man, 25, was also found with minor injuries and treated at the scene.
“He was later arrested on suspicion of affray and also remains in custody.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
